What is the Portal Courtesy Fee?

Virtual Payment System automatically charges a small portal courtesy fee when you make a payment to a VPS merchant. The courtesy fee offsets the cost of operating the portal service, processing your payment and securing your transaction against fraud and identity theft.

The portal courtesy fee enables your merchant to accept major credit, debit, ebt, gift and payment cards without having to raise the selling price of goods and services.
